Systematic Relative Strength accounts
In 2005, we introduced this style of account, which is a quantitative application of relative strength. This account style offers the most performance potential of all of our account styles and is available in
four objectives, Aggressive, Core,
Balanced and, International. They are fully invested at all times and all the risk management is handled through individual stock management and through sector rotation.
Systematic RS SRI "Socially Responsible Investing"
Introduced in 2007, these accounts are managed by
applying our Systematic Relative Strength methodology to
a list of large cap stocks screened by KLD Research &
Analytics for environmental, social and governance
characteristics. KLD is a leading authority on
social screening.

FUNDS
Arrow DWA Balanced
Fund
The Arrow DWA Balanced Fund seeks to achieve an
appropriate balance between long-term capital
appreciation and capital preservation by investing in
foreign and domestic equities, alternative assets and
fixed income. Dorsey Wright Money Management is
the sub-advisor of the fund.
Arrow DWA Tactical
Fund
The Arrow DWA Tactical Fund seeks to achieve capital
appreciation by tactically allocating among foreign and
domestic equities, alternative assets and fixed income.
The Arrow DWA Tactical Fund provides similar advantages
to the Arrow DWA Balanced Fund, but with fewer
constraints in terms of exposure to various asset
classes. Dorsey Wright Money Management is
the sub-advisor of the fund.

ETFs
The Powershares DWA Technical Leaders Portfolios are a
passive indexes based on the Dorsey Wright Technical
Leaders Indexes, which includes approximately 100 listed
companies that demonstrate powerful relative strength
characteristics. Dorsey Wright offers three indexes: PDP
(includes U.S. listed securities), PIE (includes
companies domiciled in emerging market countries), and
PIZ (includes companies domiciled in developed market
countries). All three ETFs trade on the NYSE Arca,
symbols PDP, PIE, and PIZ.
